Every Hey Lovely order is packed with care and sent with tracking, so you always know where your little treat is.

Shipping options

- FREE standard shipping: about 5-8 business days

- Express shipping: $4.99, about 4-6 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Choose your shipping option at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times can occasionally run longer, especially during holidays or bad weather. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
