Menopause + pelvic health

3 months of regular use

In a Cedars-Sinai pilot study, 53 women aged 19 to 80, most past menopause, used a vibrator regularly for 3 months. Sexual function improved, pain went down, signs of vaginal atrophy eased and rates of depression dropped.

Cancer recovery

After cancer treatment

13 women who'd had radiation for cervical cancer used a gentle clitoral suction device 4 times a week for 3 months. Desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm and satisfaction all improved, and pain went down.

Pelvic health

What 17 studies found

A Cedars-Sinai review of 17 studies found vibrators can enhance sexual experience, support pelvic floor muscle function and help with vulvar pain. The authors suggest doctors could recommend them.

Your body

Most women need clitoral touch

In a national US study of 1,055 women aged 18 to 94, only 18% said intercourse alone was enough to orgasm. 37% needed clitoral stimulation, and 36% said it made orgasm feel better.

Your body

More than 10,000 nerve fibers

The first count in people found about 10,280 nerve fibers serving the clitoris, more than the 8,000 usually quoted. It's why soft, focused touch can feel like so much.

two ends, two feelings

One lovely little thing, two different ways to feel it.

The rose

Gentle pulses of air

10 suction settings, from a soft flutter to something deeper. Rest the petals over your clitoris. Nothing presses or rubs.

The second end

A slow thrust inside

Soft, ribbed silicone that moves in and out on its own, with vibration too. 10 settings, angled toward your G-spot.

Together

Two buttons, your way

Each end has its own button, so use one, the other, or both at once. A long, soft cord lets each one sit where it feels right.

how it feels

Two feelings at once. The rose is a soft flutter of air, focused and hands-off. The second end moves slowly in and out on its own, with a gentle vibration, so you never have to.

Start with just the rose and let the feeling build. When you're ready, add the second end. Some nights the rose is all you'll want.

this is for you if

  • You'd love suction outside and a slow thrust inside, at the same time
  • You've heard about the rose toy and want one you can trust
  • Gentle toys leave you wishing for a little more
  • You like to take your time and build up

caring for it

  • Wash both ends before and after under warm water with a little mild soap, or use a toy cleaner. It's waterproof, so rinsing is fine.
  • Pat it dry and let it air out before you put it away.
  • Use a water-based lube. Silicone lube can wear down silicone.
  • Charge it fully before your first time.

if it's your first time

  1. Start with just the rose, on the lowest setting.
  2. Hold the petals lightly. Suction works best with a soft seal, not pressure.
  3. Use plenty of water-based lube on the second end.
  4. Add the second end only when you're ready, and start the thrust on low.
  5. Give yourself time. There's no finish line here.
